You may return new, unopened, uninstalled or unused  items sold by MetalShopMusic.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit write an email or call us, and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a call tag when possible and applicable.

Items that are Not Returnable

MetalShopMusic.com does not accept returns of the following items:

• Guitar Parts that have been either drilled, soldered or otherwise installed and used on an instrument.
• Item damaged by means other than our warehouse or shipping.
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
• Gift certificates.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call or email us to authorize a return. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item or place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting your account and accessing the relevant order summary.
